USER SALES AGREEMENT

1-) SUBJECT :
The subject of this agreement covers the manner of performance of travel services sold to the Customer and the rights and obligations of the parties.

2-) PRICE AND PAYMENT METHOD
All taxes are included in the total price of the services provided.
This amount may be paid according to the payment method determined by the supplier providing the service (accommodation, flight, transfer or tour company):
1.   By credit card at the time of reservation, or
2.   By EFT/Wire transfer to the specified bank accounts
3.   The relevant accommodation or transportation service may be paid on-site.
Amounts to be paid immediately or later on-site during the performance of the service under the agreement will be clearly stated in the shopping cart with "pay now" and "pay on-site" expressions.

4-) SERVICE INFORMATION :

5-) TRANSFER
Transfer rights in accommodation services are provided according to the rules determined by the service provider; in this case, the customer must notify the situation at least 7 days in advance.

6-) CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION
In cancellations made up to 60 days before the start of the trip, except for reasons other than cases where the CONSUMER documents with an official report from a full-service state hospital the illnesses and deaths of themselves or their first-degree relatives that prevent their usual 10-day work, the CONSUMER is refunded the full amount they have paid up to that point, excluding amounts for extra services such as transportation and visa.
The CONSUMER accepts and undertakes to pay Royal Palace Hotel 25% of the trip fee if they cancel the agreement 59-31 days before the start of the trip, 50% of the trip fee if they cancel 30-15 days before, and the full trip fee if they cancel up to 14 days before.

7-) HOTEL'S TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT :
If Royal Palace Hotel arbitrarily terminates the agreement without just cause, the consumer has the right to compensation in proportion to the damage suffered. In addition, Royal Palace Hotel returns all payments made by the consumer up to that date and all documents that put the consumer in debt to the consumer within 10 days.
If the termination of the agreement arises from force majeure, even though Royal Palace Hotel has shown all necessary care, the consumer's right to compensation does not arise.

8-) NOTIFICATION PERIOD :
The consumer must notify the relevant service provider and Royal Palace Hotel within 7 days from the date the service should be performed or was performed, if the agreement is not performed at all or properly.

9-) LIABILITY :
Royal Palace Hotel is liable for the non-performance or improper performance of obligations arising from the agreement. However, if the non-performance or improper performance of the agreement is due to the fault of the consumer or third parties or force majeure, the hotel cannot be held responsible.

10-) FORCE MAJEURE :
Royal Palace Hotel may cancel or postpone the accommodation due to reasons beyond its control, such as all kinds of adverse weather conditions, road obstacles, strikes, terrorism, fog, storms, war, threat of war, natural disasters, changes and adverse developments in interstate relations, public movements, unforeseeable technical issues, bankruptcy, force majeure. In this case, Royal Palace Hotel is not responsible in any way and the consumer cannot claim any rights or receivables.

11-) LUGGAGE :
11.1 Items with odorous, leaking, flammable or explosive properties or items that cause discomfort to the environment, as well as sharp objects, firearms and all kinds of animals, are not allowed into vehicles and facilities to be accommodated without the hotel's separate and explicit written permission.
11.2 In case of luggage loss or damage due to gross negligence of Royal Palace Hotel personnel, 50% of the transportation portion within the total trip fee is paid to the owner of the lost item, regardless of the material and moral value and other characteristics of the items in the lost or damaged luggage. Royal Palace Hotel is responsible for all kinds of loss, damage and theft of items declared in writing with their values and delivered to it by the consumer, up to the amount of the trip fee.

12-) OTHER PROVISIONS :
12.1 If the consumer leaves the hotel on the grounds that the service is defective, they must notify Royal Palace Hotel officials in writing together with the reasons for leaving the hotel. Otherwise, the consumer is deemed to have left the hotel and is considered to have received and used the service.
12.2 It is the duty of care of a good faith consumer to notify the authorized person in writing during the performance of the service about the issues they are complaining about. The consumer's use of the service until the end despite complaining eliminates compensation rights such as substitute service and refund related to the issues they are complaining about.
12.3 Consumers who participate in the trip subject to the agreement but whose signatures are not on the agreement, as well as the consumer(s) they are authorized to register on their behalf, are deemed to have read, accepted and committed to this agreement. Nevertheless, if consumers file lawsuits and proceedings against the hotel on the grounds that their signatures are not on the agreement, and if the hotel has to pay a fee or compensation to the consumer outside the matters written in this agreement, the hotel reserves the right of recourse for the excess amount it has paid to the consumer(s) whose signatures are on the agreement. Even if consumers have not signed, they have learned these agreement terms that will be valid between the parties due to catalogs and announcements, and have committed to participate in the hotel under these agreement terms.

13-) EFFECTIVENESS:
The Customer declares that they have read and are informed about the qualifications, sales price and payment method of the service mentioned in this agreement, the validity date of the prices and all preliminary information regarding performance, and that they have given the necessary confirmation in the electronic environment.
This agreement will come into effect upon the Customer's approval, and it is accepted by the parties that the effective date will be the approval date. The Customer cannot skip steps within the web system without reading and approving this agreement and is obliged to read this agreement. This agreement ends when the service is received and consumed by the Customer or is subject to cancellation in any way.

14-) COMPETENT COURT :

Antalya Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized to resolve disputes arising from this agreement.
All hotel accommodation articles specified above and consisting of fourteen articles have been arranged by the parties through negotiation with their own free will.
